4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund may be delayed if:


  • The product has not reached our fulfillment partner yet.

  • Your payment provider or bank requires extra processing time.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.
